The rabbi at my bat mitzvah surprised me with a beautiful gift. He wrote a prayer for an artist. Still, one of the most extraordinary gifts I’ve ever received. I was 12 years old. I can’t remember his name. I want to say Rabbi Green, but that is a guess based on the names you might hear at a Jewish summer camp.
Yes, my heart still breaks at the most inopportune times, and as I age it becomes harder and harder to hide it. Tears freely flow and heartbreak is acknowledged now. Thank you for this precious reminder.
Cory Weiss? Wrote you a prayer -- I didn’t know.
Beautiful, Emma

That's lovely, Emma. Hope Margie (or better, yet, you) can find it!
How does the Artist's Prayer go?
