Drew and I are off to brunch at our favorite Boston restaurant, the iconic Moonshine with the locally famous chef, Asia, who adores Drew and his friends. I am so looking forward to being feted upon our arrival.
I have had the great fortune in my life to be frequently celebrated, by my association with notable eaters, upon walking into fantastic restaurants.
We know we are going to get the fried chicken and the fried squash blossoms.
This is a half-decade ago and I’m still at the tender age when I can digest these things without my stomach exploding. The cocktails we haven’t planned yet, but they will be superb impulse decisions.
